Special Thanks to our Love Family Worship Center Family Members.

We appreciate your support during our recent Church Picnic.  It was a great success and we thank everyone for your cooperation and support.  A special  thanks goes to Sister Margaret and Pastor Karrie for Chairing the Event and to Brother John and Sister C. J. for preparing the Barbecue and helping to coordinate the event.  It was finger lickin good!

A special thanks goes to Sister Janice our church Anniversary Chair Person for an outstanding job.  Also thanks goes out to Sister Janice's Team who worked with her, Mother Mason,  and others who worked with her.

Why God Loves Us

"Who will separate us from the love of Christ?  Will  tribulation,  or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? "
(Rom. 8:35 NASB)

Can anything or anyone separate us from the love of Christ? Can trouble from people or trouble from situations make God change how He feels about us? No! We are in a unique place in the heart of God. We are His sons and daughters.

The Message Bible says: Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ's love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not

Seven Words To Remove From

Your  Vocabulary

The Bible speaks about the power of words in relationship to your personal self-esteem.  It says, "A wholesome tongue is a tree of life" (Prov. 15:4).
Your words will bring life if they are good, but destruction-if-they-are-not. Here are seven words you should eliminate from your vocabulary right now:

1.     Can't. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. (Phil 4:13).

2.     Never.  All things are possible to those who believe (Mark 9:23).

3.     Quit. "Let us not grow weary while doing  good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart" (Gal. 6:9 NKJV).

4.     Depressed. "Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, rejoice" (Phil. 4:4).

5.    Hate. The Holy Spirit sheds the love of God abroad in our hearts (Rom. 5:5).

6.     Doubt. "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God" (Rom. 10:17 NKJV).

7.      Broke. My God shall supply all of your needs by His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Phil. 4:19).

hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins-listed-in-Scripture.

The truth is that none of these "things" can come between the love of Christ and us. But the awful reality is that we can separate our expectation from God's love. We can believe a lie and feel we are unworthy of God's love because of behavioral issues and evaluations based on self-inspection. The truth is God loves us and it has nothing to do with behavior but with belonging.
